Dr Cook's office is open Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

Our office is conveniently located at 2718 North Orange Avenue, just one minute from the I-4 / Princeton Street interchange and directly across North Orange Avenue from the AdventHealth Orlando (Main Campus) complex.

From I-4:   Take the Princeton Street exit (Exit-85) off I-4.   Travel east on Princeton Street to the next major intersection which is North Orange Ave.   Turn left onto North Orange Ave.   At the third traffic light, turn left onto King Street, then immediately left again into our parking lot.

From State Road 17-92 (Mills Avenue):  Travel to Princeton Street.   Turn onto Princeton and travel west to the next major intersection, which is North Orange Ave.   Turn right onto North Orange Ave.   At the third traffic light, turn left onto King Street, then immediately left again into our parking lot.
